We offer Express Delivery options with limited availability during peak seasons and holidays. Kindly notify us a day before delivery through our contact lines for assistance.

We accept payments via cash, card or bank transfer. Invoices are provided for all payments.

We deliver to locations where we have presence as listed on our branches page.

Prices are determined by weight, size and value of the item. The nature of the delivery service also affects the  price. For example, Express delivery will naturally cost more than regular delivery. Please visit our branches for more details.

Yes, all of our shipments are fully trackable via our website.

Firstly, we encourage GUO Logistics customers to track their parcels using our online tracking system. Following this, you will receive an SMS notification, sent to the phone number provided by your sender during waybill registration.
Please note that there may be a delay in the SMS delivery due to network challenges beyond our control. Additionally, you will also be contacted via the provided channel in the case of any eventuality..

An Estimated time of arrival will be made available on your receipt during registration.

Yes, we are well equipped to ship both fragile and high value goods

A Valid form of identification – soft or hard copy. e.g. International passport, Driver’s license, NIN Card, Voter’s Card etc. 

We have the capacity to transport anything from a small parcel or envelope up to a full truck of pallets.
